You should consult with an attorney in your state for any legal advice. Every collection case is unique and may require additional services which would be subject to the the particular laws and restrictions of your state.
Judgment Recovery of Indiana neither makes, nor implies, any guarantee as to the outcome of any judgment enforcement or collection case.

You went to court, presented your case and the judge sided with you. Now you have a judgment.

Your Indiana judgment entitles you to collect through various legal means. The court does not collect the judgment for you and the court cannot recommend a method of collection for you, as the court does not provide legal advice.

Did you know that nearly 80% of all judgments are never collected? Despite the fact that your judgment may have been awarded by the court, enforcement is still your responsibility. This is where Judgment Recovery of Indiana can succeed when you don't have anywhere else to turn to. We have the resources, expertise, and determination to enforce the judgment you worked so hard to get. "I buy unpaid legal judgments"

Steve Knapp brings more than 12 years experience in Judgment Enforcement, skip tracing, and collections consultation in the private sector.

We are proud members of the National Judgment Network (“NJN”) and have been certified by NJN as judgment recovery professionals, which is not easy to do. We are one of a few companies to achieve this task.

Judgment Recovery of Indiana is a company dedicated to the enforcement and recovery of judicial judgments. What we do is purchase your outstanding judgment, in its entirety, usually on a "future-pay" basis, without application fees or up-front costs of any kind. We then advance all expenses incurred in locating the judgment debtor and enforcing the judgment and make our money only when we collect from the judgment debtor.

We do not charge an application fee nor require any upfront fees from you. We purchase the judgment from you for a percentage of whatever we are eventually able to recover from the judgment debtor. All expenses and legal costs incurred in the enforcement of your judgment are advanced by us.

If you have a valid court-ordered judgment of $3000 or more, we will utilize every method at our disposal to collect the full amount of the unpaid judgment plus any interest that the judgment has accrued since it was issued. We have the ability to track down the judgment debtor even if he or she has moved to another state.

Our knowledge and access to private and public record sources allows us to track down the debtor and locate any assets that may exist. Once found, we will garnish wages and seize bank accounts and other assets as necessary and allowable by law. In most cases we can do so without prior notification or confrontation.

We are currently accepting judgments awarded in Indiana that meet our basic requirements.
